RETURNS

We thoroughly inspect all of our goods before sending them to you. But if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, all you need to do is follow these easy steps:

Write to webdexsoftwaresprivatelimited@gmail.com with your order number and the problem you are having with the supplied item within 48 hours of the order being delivered to start the process.

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products are required.

Save the original packing, making sure to preserve any tags or labels that may be present.

Help us by working together to make sure the merchandise is returned to us within ten days of the order being delivered.

We will make every effort to collect the returned item from your registered shipping location within India. We would ask you to self-ship the product to the shipping location provided with you using your preferred courier partner if we are unable to arrange for the reverse pick up due to non-availability of the service in your PIN code. Once the shipment is shipped, please email us the courier receipt so we can take over.

Should there be a reverse pick up, we respectfully ask that you assist the courier agent who will be assigned the task of retrieving the parcel from you.

After the goods is received and examined for quality, if the Quality Checking team finds it acceptable, we will give you store credits equal to the product's value, which you can apply to another online purchase in the future.Each item on our website is lovingly crafted by our team of artists and craftspeople. Orders placed using store credit shared for a previously returned or exchanged order will not be eligible for exchanges or returns, as we support the artisan community and want to preserve their interests and value their efforts.

For orders sent outside of India, please contact us at webdexsoftwaresprivatelimited@gmail.com within the previously indicated window of time to begin a return. The item(s) of clothing will need to be dispatched to the address you have provided. The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping and customs fees. Within 4 to 5 business days of us receiving the returned item(s) from you, store credits equal to the amount of the returned item(s) will be distributed, once authorised by the Quality Checking Team.

Orders that are custom built cannot be returned.

You may be confident that we put our clients' satisfaction first, even though stylezsymphony has the last say over all returns!

REFUNDS

In the sad event that the package is lost in transit, a payment refund will be started. Within 5-7 business days of the refund being started, the money will be credited back to the original payment method and appear in your account.
